A fantastic winter music recital!

Dec 7th, 2014

77 Arts Academy had its 3rd annual winter music recital.  33 students performed wonderfully.  There were performances with piano, guitar, voice, flute, harp, violin, and drums.  There was so much progress from all participating students.  Our children’s voice ensemble also performed with with much grace and flair!.  All students should all feel proud.  Keep up the good practicing!  Congratulations on another great year!

In our continuing tradition, we had faculty members perform at the end of each recital to show the capabilities of our teachers  outside of the studio.

– Gina Razon sang “Alto’s Lament” by Heisler & Goldrich

– Alex Conway and Julie Spring performed a flute and harp duet of “H’istoire due Tango” by Astor Piazzola

– Julie Spring capped off the performance with some holiday fare on the harp with “The Holly and the Ivy” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” arranged by Leslie McMichael and Eleanor Fell, respectively.

Happy Holidays!
